Hi! I'm Shelley.
I’m a Learning Experience Designer and multimedia content developer who transforms complex information into clear, structured, and engaging learning solutions. My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, visual storytelling, and digital production—creating scalable resources that support on boarding, adoption, and performance.
With experience designing learning for large, distributed audiences, I partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate technical updates and evolving initiatives into role-based learning paths, videos, tool-kits, and interactive modules. My focus is always on usability, accessibility, and measurable impact.
As an adjunct professor, I also teach visual communication and multimedia production, strengthening my ability to simplify complex concepts and design learning that builds confidence and clarity.
