Hi! I'm Shelley.
I’m a Learning Experience Designer and multimedia content developer who specializes in transforming complex information into clear, engaging digital experiences. My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, visual storytelling, and digital communications—creating scalable learning and content solutions that support onboarding, adoption, and performance.
With experience designing resources for large, distributed audiences, I collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate technical updates and evolving initiatives into role-based learning paths, videos, toolkits, and interactive content. My focus is always on usability, accessibility, and creating content that helps people understand, engage, and succeed.
In addition to my professional work, I serve as an adjunct professor teaching visual communication and multimedia production. Teaching strengthens my ability to simplify complex concepts and design learning experiences that build confidence and clarity.
